スマトラ島北部、アチェ州ガヨ高地の中心地タケンゴンにある ビンタン・ペルマタ ウォッシングステーション。
標高1,400〜1,600mに点在する小規模農家の畑から集められたチェリーを精製しています。
火山性土壌と冷涼な気候に育まれたコーヒーは、重厚さと複雑さを兼ね備えた独自の個性を放ちます。

このロットは、インドネシア特有の ウェットハル精製 によるもの。
スマトラらしいアーシーで奥行きのあるフレーバーに、ハーブを思わせる爽やかなニュアンスが重なり、さらにトロピカルフルーツのような柔らかな甘みが余韻を彩ります。
力強さと香り高さが共存する一杯は、タケンゴンならではの魅力を存分に感じさせてくれます。
