私たち、TAPROOT coffee roastersは、2002年から続く歴史の中で、世界中のコーヒー産地に足を運び、そこで育まれるスペシャルティコーヒーを直接取引し、日本全国にお届けしてまいりました。私たちの名前「タップルート」は、「主根」という意味を持ちます。その名の通り、コーヒーの木が水や栄養を求めて地中深くまで根を張るように、私たちも産地に根差した取り組みを大切にしています。

私たちのブランドフィロソフィーは、「美味しいコーヒーをもっと身近に。」です。私たちのモットーは、単なる一杯のコーヒーではなく、生産者の情熱と努力が詰まったコーヒーをお客様にお届けすることです。そのために、私たちは生産者との関係を大切にし、透明性のある取り組みを行っています。特にシングルオリジンにおいては、入港からわずか6ヶ月以内の新豆のみを厳選し、焙煎しています。これにより、お客様には常に新鮮で最高品質のコーヒーを提供することができます。

私たちの目標は、お客様が毎日の生活の中で、素晴らしいコーヒー体験を楽しんでいただくことです。そのために、私たちは常に生産者とのパートナーシップを築き、最高のコーヒーをお届けするための努力を惜しみません。

We, TAPROOT coffee roasters, have been visiting coffee growing regions around the world, trading directly with specialty coffees grown there, and delivering them to all over Japan since 2002. Our name "Taproot" means "main root. As the name implies, we value our commitment to being deeply rooted in the region where our coffee is grown, just as a coffee tree grows its roots deep into the ground in search of water and nutrients.

Our brand philosophy is "Making good coffee more accessible. Our motto is "We are not just one company, we are a company. Our motto is to deliver to our customers not just a cup of coffee, but a cup of coffee that is filled with the passion and effort of its producers. To this end, we value our relationship with our growers and are committed to transparency. In particular, for our single origin coffees, we carefully select and roast only new beans that have been in port for only 6 months or less. This ensures that our customers always receive the freshest, highest quality coffee.

Our goal is for our customers to enjoy a great coffee experience in their daily lives. To that end, we are always working in partnership with our growers to bring you the best coffee possible.
