スーパーナチュラルは高地で気温も低く、ゆっくりと成熟した完熟のコーヒーチェリーのみを収穫し、複雑な発酵工程を経ながらゆっくりと乾燥させます。こうすることで、全体的な乾燥時間が長くなり、乾燥期間中にチェリーに含まれる潜在糖の自然発酵が進むため甘みやフレーバーが強調されます。
